Sent Julian an e mail enquiry Saturday evening as my Win 10 User Access Controls (UAC) had been wrongly adjusted by myself restricting my hard drive access. He replied in a very short space of time, and I arranged to drop off my Dell on Sunday morning. I had it back by 4.30pm the next day fully functioning, and faster than ever with a back up loaded my flash drive. This is really excellent service for a reasonable outlay. 2 other e mail enquiries to Newbury geeks (one of whom advertises as being open Saturdays, haven't even replied yet.) Can't recommend Grove Geeks highly enough- would use in future without hesitation :)
